Dracula.

“Digital arts: connecting cultures” has been a project of European Voluntary Service promoted by SEYF - South Europe Youth Forum in Armenia together with the organization APY - Armenian Progressive Youth from Ocrober 2015 to march, cofinanced under the Erasmus Plus Programme. The main aim has been the promotion and the involvement of linguistic and ethnic minorities in Armenia.

Within the frame of the project Ester, the Italian volunteer protagonist, cooperated with 8 different minorities in Yerevan, by shooting and filming their cultures.

Through the experience of video-making it has been possible to explore the cultural diversity in Armenia. This experience has represented a unique occasion for SEYF, and for the adventurous volunteer, to meet the representatives of the various cultures. The project offered the possibilities to the national minorities to cooperate each other and to develop further connections with the Armenian new generations. This cooperation stimulated the promotion of cultural diversity.

 The steps of the project:

· During the first 2 months, Ester discovered the cultures of the various Armenian minorities, by shooting and filming them during their daily life.

· At the same time, every months she organized public meetings together with the minorities to presents their cultures, in cooperation with local NGOs. During the last months Ester organized an event in Narekatsi Museum with the participation of all the National Armenian minorities.

The results of the project have been important: the video realized dealt with delicate and current themes, such us domestic violence, racial discrimination and homophobia.
